Data Analysis:  67% of Special Education qualified students scored in the lowest quartile (1-24).  40% of males in 5th grade scored in the lowest quartile.  Overall, 55% of students scored in below the 50% percentile.

Interpretation of Data:  It can be concluded that students receiving special education services and students of low socioeconomic status should be considered as a subgroup for additional support/intervention in overall reading strategies.
