Course Discription: 5th:The fifth grade social studies course is designed to introduce and reinforce United States History concepts. The students are expected to build knowledge by using reading, written language, and oral communication skills. Students will build problem solving and written language skills as they complete activities. Performance will be assessed through chapter tests, unit tests and performance-based assessment activities.
